This Chardonnay has an incredible bouquet. White peach blends with meringue and almond cream. The limited malo-lactic conversion allows subtle flavors of lemon-lime to express themselves. The juxtaposition of subtlety and complexity in this wine reminds us of white Burgundy in a warm vintage.

This Chardonnay features Dijon clones 95 & 76. The balanced nose expresses great aromatics of Meyer lemon and fresh cream. Notes of citrus show well on the palate but it is the floral flavors of jasmine and lanolin that add to the soft texture. Well balanced acidity adds to this thought provoking wine.

This wine blasts aromas of citrus and tropical zest with hints of star anise. Mild aromas of cinnamon stick and white almond evoke their way out of the fruit. Expressive flavors of ripe agave and persimmon show well. The palate finishes with a grippy minerality that helps balance this fruit driven wine.

Incredible bright and fresh flavors of apple skin and candied lemon create an amazingly thought provoking nose. The palate is rich with fleshy red apple, pear and lemon blossom. Texturally, this wine is silky and soft with a fat mouth feel. This Chablis-esque old world style wine is a unique anomaly.
